The Diversified technique at Chiropractic House

The Diversified Technique

The Diversified Technique is one of the most effective corrective chiropractic techniques, helping restore adequate movement and spinal alignment. This technique involves a specific quick and low-amplified force. Through this adjustment, spinal subluxations (misalignments) can be restored, allowing for restriction-free movement and alleviating any spinal interferences. In fact, this technique is considered the best of the best because it combines a variety of other effective chiropractic techniques.
The Thompson technique at Chiropractic House

The Thompson Technique

The Thompson Technique, also known as the drop table technique, uses a high-velocity, low amplitude, and low force adjustment, treating pain associated with pregnancy, back issues, pediatrics, and neck problems. This adjustment begins with a leg check analysis, where it’s determined if the patient’s legs are symmetrical or not. This offers a guide to determine if the technique works. The patient lies face-down on the drop table. As the table moves downward, your chiropractor applies a quick force using their hands to finely re-adjust the spine.
The Logan technique at Chiropractic House

The Logan Basic Technique

The Logan Basic Technique uses low force to relieve tension and enhance spinal balance. With this chiropractic technique, your chiropractor applies light pressure at the sacral bone, using it as leverage, while the patient lies face-down on the drop table. Your chiropractor, then, uses their opposite hand to knead the back muscles and release tension. In turn, this releases any muscular pulls on the spine, guiding it back into place and relaxing your muscles.
Webster technique during pregnancy at Chiropractic House

The Webster Technique

Pregnancy is an incredibly exciting time. However, it’s also very demanding on the body itself, causing varying degrees of aches, pains, and discomforts. In particular, many pregnant individuals experience hip, back, and pelvic pain throughout their pregnancy. The Webster Technique works by realigning the pelvis and sacrum. In turn, it decreases discomforts and even makes the birthing process smoother (and faster!). And you can rest assured that force is never applied directly to your baby. At Chiropractic House, we use only safe and scientifically-proven techniques to improve all of our patients’ health.

Improving Your Spinal Health

The above chiropractic techniques help guide your body toward healing and recovery, realigning your spine and ensuring everything works as it should. When your spine is aligned, everything else functions that much smoother. WIthout interference, your brain and body can communicate with one another, helping your body realize its innate healing abilities.

At the end of the day, improved spinal health equates to overall improved health and wellness, allowing you to achieve your full potential so you can live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Every individuals is different. As a result, time frames regarding healing and recovery vary. This is frequently due to many different factors, such as current health status, age, and more.

Many individuals experience immediate improvements (some with just one or two adjustments!). However, others may require multiple adjustments and visits before they begin to notice relief. Following your initial assessment, the Chiropractic House team will determine an estimated time frame specific to you and your body.
